Deakin & Francis offer a custom hand engraving service to commemorate special occasions and to personalise your fine jewellery.

Engraving by hand involves using special tools, such as a burin, to carefully create the letters or words you choose. Hand engraving means each piece is unique and carries the engravers individual style.

What can you engrave?

We usually engrave:

• Dates, such as commemorative date or a wedding, anniversary or other event
• Initials, to show the owner’s personal initials onto the jewellery

We offer three choices which work extremely well with cufflinks, these are:
