Order Process
To buy from Deakin & Francis™ Ltd via the cuffinks1786 website, you simply need to.
1. Browse and select the products you wish to buy.
2. Add to cart
3. The product is placed into the shopping basket (cart)
4. When you view the cart you can:
a. Remove the product
b. Increase or decrease the quantity
c. Continue shopping
d. Simply proceed to checkout
e. If you change your mind you can leave the website
Checkout Phase
5. At checkout, you have other options:
a. Check out as a guest (data for processing this one order only will be collected)
b. Register (this requires personal data to be stored using cookies)
c. Login (if you previously registered with us)
d. Attempt to Login and request forgotten password
One Page Order Process
When confirming checkout you are taken into the one page order process to add the following information:
6. Billing info – Name, company, address, telephone, fax etc
7. Ship to
a. This address
b. An alternative address (alternative will bring up a similar screen for inputting shipping address)
c. Choose Shipping method
8. Payment method, choose from the following :
a. Pay by credit or debit card via SagePay – this will take you to the payment area and will return you to the Order review once paid (will not be able to get to the order review until paid, so when next logged in, if not paid you will have to go back through the process and pay – Info you have previously added will still be there)
You can go back at any point in this process to make changes to:
9. Add a forgotten item – edit your cart
10. Billing address
11. Shipping address
12. Payment method
13. Shipping method
14. You will then receive an order review and we will then confirm the order.
15. An automated email will be sent to confirm the order from cufflinks1786™.
16. Your credit card will be billed as Deakin & Francis Ltd. Your statement will show a purchase from Deakin & Francis Ltd.
